I am excited to relate that I have found my gg grandfather, Daniel O'Connor, and the farm on which he was born in Gortgloss. A cousin of mine who lives in Castleisland was able to locate someone who knew the family that now owns the original land. Their home is built on the exact spot where Daniel's family (parents James Connor and Hannah sullivan) once lived. Pictures as well!! Just wanted O'Connors to know there IS a pot of gold at the l-o-n-g rainbow!!
