Garry McMahon is a native of Listowel, Co. Kerry. He lives in New Castle West,where he practices as a Solicitor.
He won two All Ireland Senior Football medals with Kerry in 1959 and 1962.
Son of Bryan McMahon the Listowel Author, and Kitty ( nee Ryan),
he has toured United States , Canada and Britain,
Garry has composed scores of songs in Irish and English which he sings in the traditional genre.
A collection of his poetry and songs will be published shortly.
This is McMahon`s first CD and all his poetic lyrics are wed to newly composed airs.
More new songs, already penned by Garry are on the way.
